As President, Michelle is the company’s visionary, spearheading innovative business development efforts to increase the company’s growth. Her experience in the professional sector, specifically business management, brings the crucial expertise she offers in areas such as marketing and customer retention. She conducts the daily business operation, allowing Co-Founder Ron Royal to provide quality services, promote customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships toward the success of WQCS.
